About Yahna

Honesty, connection, and a little laughter.

I'm Yahna Gibson, a licensed therapist who believes healing begins with honesty, connection, and sometimes a little laughter. I bring compassion, authenticity, and gentle challenges into my work, helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's complexities and discover their capacity for growth.

As a mother, grandmother, and woman who has experienced a few of life's unexpected plot twists, I understand that healing isn't always a straight path. My approach blends professional expertise with real-life perspective, creating a space where people feel seen, heard, and empowered.

Through Porchlight Practice, my goal is simple: to bring light to places that need healing—one conversation at a time.
